How quickly can you deliver?

Most items can be delivered to your home within 48 hours, and if you have an immediate need, we’ll do our best to provide expedited service.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver products within a 60-mile radius of Fort Wayne, IN and Auburn, IN.

How does your 24-hour on-call service work?

If you have an urgent need with your equipment that occurs outside of normal business hours (particularly with hospital beds, stair lifts, and lift chairs), please call us at (260) 423-9571. We will send a technician to your home right away.

Do you service and clean equipment?

Sure thing! We can give your equipment a tune-up (and a good scrub!) if needed.

I need to have my equipment serviced. Do you offer loaners?

Yes we do! We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs, depending on availability.

What’s your return policy?

Items can be returned within 5 days, provided they are in new condition.
